If we hold back love from even one individual, we make a dark place in the mind
where the Holy Spirit is not welcome.
And thus, we will exempt ourselves from that healing power.
For by not offering total love, we will not be healed completely.
The guiltless mind cannot suffer. Being sane, the mind heals the body because
it has been healed.
The sane mind cannot conceive of illness because it cannot conceive of harming anyone or anything.
You are not really capable of being tired though, you are very capable of wearying yourself.
The strain of constant judgments is virtually intolerable and exhausting.
If you attack the error in another, you will hurt yourself. You cannot know another when you attack them. It is certain you fear what you attack.
It is impossible to overestimate the value of another.
Healing is from the release from the fear of waking.
The decision to wake is the reflection of the will to love.
Since all healing involves replacing fear with love.
Healing is the effect of minds that join.
Sickness is the effect of minds that separate.
Do you want peace? Forgiveness offers it.
Do you want happiness, a quiet mind, a sense of purpose and a sense of worth and
beauty that transcends the world?
Do you want care and safety and the warmth of sure protection always?
Do you want a quietness that cannot be disturbed, a gentleness that can never be hurt?
A deep, abiding comfort and rest so perfect, it can never be upset?
All this, forgiveness offers you.
Forgive the past and everyone.
We forgive everyone, unless we choose to use someone to imprison ourselves.
We forgive, unless we believe there is a "gift" in holding on to hatred.
Freedom is a gift we give ourselves and when we do all are blessed.
The holiest of all the spots on earth
is where an ancient hatred has become a present love.
Do this when you feel to:
...Be still...Breathe...move your body, shake-yourself-free of feeling stuck or dulled by holding-back...BREATHE...
Lay aside all thoughts about what you are, all images you hold about yourself. Empty your mind of
everything it thinks is either true or false, good or bad, of every thought it judges worthy and
all the ideas of which it is ashamed. Hold on to nothing. Do not bring with you one thought the
past has taught. One belief you ever learned before, from anything. Forget this world, forget this
course and come with wholly empty hands unto your God.
